Welcome to the last quarter of 2024. Time to check in on how September goals went and plan for October goals.
Review of September Goals:
HOME:
Donation Run: In Progress-this means that I got some of the items in my car but haven’t dropped them off yet.
Get rid of electronic items: In Progress-I have a couple of the items in the my car but not all of them.
Finish guest room closet project: Almost Done. I’m about 90% complete!
CREATIVE:
Make birthday or event cards for friends and family-DONE because there were none to do.
Start holiday card design-DONE-I haven’t finalized the design yet but I’m working on it.
Make at least 6 cards to have on hand for occasions-NOPE
FITNESS/HEALTH
Eat lunch out no more than 1 time per week-DONE. This was hard as I expected it to be but I am pleased that I stuck to this goal.
Weekly meal prep-DONE. I didn’t plan for everyday but on days that were unplanned I still ate at home and did not go out to buy food.
Movement x4 days per week for a minimum of 10 minutes-NOPE
FINANCIAL
Complete monthly budget by 9/2-NOPE
Track spending weekly-Some but not consistently.
OCTOBER GOALS
HOME
*finish guest room closet project
*get quotes for kitchen ceiling
*empty filing cabinet
*declutter at least 2 drawers minimum
CREATIVE
*finalize holiday card design
*clear scrap area to prepare for card making
HEALTH/FITNESS
*Weekly Meal Prep
*Make green juice at least twice this month

*Finish October budget
*Weekly spending tracking
There is no judgement in what got done vs what didn’t. Any progress is good progress. I am feeling a bit overwhelmed which is why a couple of things didn’t get done. I imagine as we get deeper into holiday time, I’ll feel even more overwhelmed. So, this month, I’m going to focus on really digging into my to do list. I’m going to schedule projects for specific dates and times and set reminders on my phone.
