It’s that time of the month again to see what I’ve been wearing recently. I enjoy getting dressed (usually) and have fun putting together outfits. Some outfits are more fun and some are more standard but it’s all a form of creativity.
Linen Pants
I have featured these pants on the blog before as they work well in warmer months and can be easily dressed up and down. I can also see myself wearing these pants in the warmer months with a darker shirt and some boots.
This a regular shirt which I’ve tied up at the bottom to give it some visual interest. This is a neat trick when you have pants that are more voluminous and you want your shirt to me tighter but not “tight”! If I left the shirt down, it would look kind of sloppy and undone.
Denim Dress-1
I absolutely adore this dress because it is so easy to wear. It is loose and flowing making it wearable in the warmer months but you will definitely see me rocking this dress in the fall with some boots. It’s that versatile.
Here I’m wearing tennis shoes but I’ve also worn booties and sandals with this dress.
Yellow/Cream Dress
This dress was an Instagram made me buy it dress! They really do a good job of targeting what you want to you. Again, this is the type of dress I love-mid length, one piece dressing, dress it up or down.
It was a pretty warm day on this day so I paired this dress with some flat open toe booties. However, this dress can easily be worn with flats, sandals, tennis shoes or booties.
Denim Dress-2
I’ve had this dress for a couple of years now and I wear it year round. In the cooler months, I pair it with leggings and/or boots.
It’s still warm so I’ve paired this dress with my favorite booties but also wear it with tennis shoes or sandals. Like many, I love dresses with pockets.
Black Dress
Again, one piece dressing for the win. Dress up or down though this one is a bit less casual. I don’t see myself wearing tennis shoes with this one but flats or wedges for sure!
It should be pretty clear at this point that I really like flowy vs tighter dresses. Really, I just like clothing that is comfortable and I find that more in flowy pieces.
I don’t wear a ton of jewelry but I have a few pieces that I like to wear regularly. This is a typical set up for me. A longer tag necklace with a lock pendant and a diamond.
