Time to share outfits that I’ve worn recently. These are my everyday clothes so you’ll see some items that you’ve seen many times before. I don’t buy things just so I can photograph myself in them. What I hope to do is show how you can wear some of the same items in different ways.
As usual, I will let you know when something is new vs. not and will link whatever I can.
OUTFIT #1
Nothing in this photo is new! I’m wearing black linen pants with a graphic tee and my Ecco mid-rise booties. My favorite thing about this photo is the jacket which is at least a decade old. I re-discovered it when I cleaned out my coat closet! It is a light weight, beige linen jacket with frayed edges. I’ve worn it a ton since finding it in my closet again!
OUTFIT #2
The only thing “new-ish” in this picture is the long pink shirt dress. It is from H&M. It was a warm day and it felt very spring-like. I’m wearing the shirt dress over white jeans and a white camisole. I’m also wearing an animal print belt for a little fun!! The shoes are my cork wedge sandals that I’ve been wearing since last year.
OUTFIT #3
This outfit is so basic that it only requires 2 photos! This day it was a bit chilly and I was going to be out and about visiting clients. Other than the shoes which are about a year old, everything else is over 10 years old! I’m wearing basic black leggings and a sweater dress dress again with my Ecco mid-rise booties. The sweater is also at least 10 years old.
OUTFIT #4
Again, this outfit is made up of a couple basic pieces. The wide leg pants are newer but not new and the t-shirt I have had for a few years. I’m wearing my favorite blush Ecco loafers.
The outfit is topped with a very old slouchy pink blazer. This was another item that had been hidden in my overstuffed coat closet that got found when I cleaned it out. I like this blazer a lot because it’s a bit longer than a more structured coat but can be worn dressed down or up.
Here I’m just having a bit of fun with the camera and showing you my “arm candy!”
OUTFIT #5
And finally, the most basic of the basic. This is a traveling/driving outfit. I was driving long distance so comfort was key. I’m wearing exercise leggings, a white t-shirt with a plaid button up along with my Ecco loafers. The clothing here is all ancient!
