Woo hoo!! We’ve made it to the final month of 2020! It can only get better, right???!!! Let’s review November goals and then get right into plans and intentions for December.

-Stop eating by 8 PM 4 nights per week

-Start planning budget for 2021
-Choose a “no spend” month within the first quarter of 2021
December is a light weight month in terms of goal completion because I really like to focus on holiday prep and cheer. Though this holiday season will be different in the past, I still want to appreciate and enjoy what we can. I won’t be going to parties or dressing up but I will still be celebrating with friends and family.
