February Monthly Goals-how did January go

We started the new year full of hope and energy. I continue to have hope but the energy waned. This is a typical start of the year pattern for me. January arrives and I feel the need to slow it down and keep moving at the same time. I do better in some areas and worse in others.
One of my major goals throughout this year is to develop more positive habits a become more consistent with them.

January in Review

HOME
Seal the wood mirror frame-DONE
Put up the mirror frame-NOT DONE
Fix the hole in the master bathroom ceiling-DONE!!!!!!!

FITNESS/HEALTH
Workout-15-(3)
Strength-8-(1) I did get my friend to help me get air into my exercise ball and I did devise a new strength training plan.
Daily water intake-50 ounces for a minimum of 20 days-(12)but I got lazy and stopped tracking

CREATIVE
Complete 1 craft project-DONE
Send 3 homemade birthday card to friends and family-DONE
I have a post scheduled for later this month where I will show you what I completed.

SPIRITUAL
Finish Manifest Now audible book-DONE
Start 1 unread book that is living on my nightstand or in my audible account-NOT DONE

FINANCIAL
Write budget-DONE

COMMUNITY
Ask a friend to help out with the mirror frame or another home project-NOT DONE
Attend a stage reading of my friend’s play-DONE

FEBRUARY MONTHLY GOALS

HOME

  • Put up mirror frame
  • Clear out 2 kitchen cabinets
  • Clean out makeup area

FITNESS/HEALTH

  • Exercise-12
  • Strength Training-8
  • Water/hydration-50 ounces-20 days this month

CREATIVE

  • Make 2 birthday cards
  • Complete 1 craft project
  • Complete January Project Life
  • Work on organizing photos for a minimum of 30 minutes per week

SPIRITUAL

  • Continue daily gratitude journaling
  • Start a personal growth/spiritual book

FINANCIAL

  • Contact AT&T and Comcast about possible bill reduction

COMMUNITY

  • Host annual Oscar party
  • Ask friends to help put up my mirror frame; settle on date

As I said before, I’m really working on becoming more consistent with my good habits. I need to figure out how to get my workouts in even when I’m tired or feel like there is something else I want to do instead. Ideas???
