September Project Life-Memory Keeping Highlights

It’s time for my monthly memory keeping highlights and I’m feeling pretty good about myself for getting this up when I planned to AND said I would!

WEEK ONE

memory keeping

Highlights from week one include the conclusion of my Vegas trip and the start of the NFL (football) season. Go Niners!!!

WEEK TWO

memory keeping

Highlights this week include being told that my vision sucks (!) and some much needed power cords to support all of my new tech!

WEEK THREE

memory keeping

This week is highlighted by attending a Marie Forleo event as well as book club. The greatest thing though was I installed all by myself non-tech self two fire sticks allowing me to stream Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime in all of my tv viewing areas (except the kitchen)! I felt very accomplished when it was successful.

WEEK FOUR

memory keeping

Weekly highlights include my attendance at a work conference in Sacramento where I experienced wine in a can, which was not bad, going to a SF Giants game with co-workers and best of all getting a new laptop!!

How are your memory keeping efforts coming along? Every month I am thrilled that I remain on track and am creating something that I can look back on and re-live the exciting, mundane and perfectly ordinary parts of my life.
It’s important to me to document all of my life and not just the exciting parts because as we know it’s the ordinary that really makes up a life!

As usual, I continue to use the same products to complete this monthly task:
Big Happy Planner
HP Sprocket

Happy Planner stickers
You may have also noticed that in August I started printing out my journaling instead of hand writing it. There is only one reason I’m doing this and it’s to save time. I can get the journaling done much quicker when I type. However, I do feel having handwriting is important and will continue to find ways to hand write. I don’t know that I’ll type the journaling every month but it’s an option when I am short on time.
