Card Making-Creative Pursuits

Did you guys know that I make cards?  Maybe you did because you read posts where I participated in a few craft challenges!  I do in fact make cards and it’s something that I really enjoy doing. I mainly make cards for my personal use to give to family and friends.
I do sell my cards as well.  Last year, I participated in a local craft fair where I sold my cards and I used to have an Etsy shop. I found it really difficult to keep up with it and my blog. I guess technically I still have the shop but it is not currently open.

I recently made a couple of new cards for friends with birthdays.  The “merci” card is one of my favorites and I just wanted to share it with you.

As much as I enjoy making cards, I find that I don’t have enough time or sometimes motivation to do so. I like having stash of cards on hand for occasions but I also like to make specific cards for specific people.  With these recent birthday cards, I did make extras to give out as needed. I need some more just because cards, sympathy cards, and maybe thinking of you cards.

At this time of year though, I am focused on making my holiday cards.  It’s a ton of work but I truly enjoy the design and making process. It is rather insane that we’ve reached this point in November and I have zero clue what make holiday card will look like.

Guess I should get on that!!

As I said earlier, I do sell my cards and if you’re interested in purchasing, please email me at mylifecreatively@gmail.com and we can work something out.

Enjoy!
