I’m back with the latest in getting my hallway refreshed and updated! Still not done-still in process-still aggravating me! I should probably give myself a deadline at this point as an incentive to get it done. Deadlines seem to work for keeping up with my memory keeping so I might try it for getting this hallway finished. No lie-I am ready to be done and move on. There are so many projects I really want to work on.
Wall #2-this is the wall that is NOT the gallery wall. There used to be different art work up here and I am pleased with the changes. One of these days, I’ll remember to take before photos. I have a ton of photos of the gallery wall but NONE of wall #2!
This is my cherished autographed Warriors jersey which was a birthday gift from the babes in my book club and I love it! I thoroughly enjoy seeing it on my wall.
This is a piece of original art work done by a former co-worker of mine in 1993. It is charcoal on canvas and I absolutely love it. I’m so thrilled that it’s finally on display. I have owned it since 1993 and it hasn’t been displayed since 1996!
This is a museum framed print of Irises by Vincent Van Gogh. It is my favorite Van Gogh that I have had for about 20 years and it has never hung on a wall. I was going to hang it in my bedroom but the wall I wanted to hang it on is backed with concrete. Again, I am thrilled that it is finally up and that I can see it daily.
This wall is closest to my bedroom and I can see it when I’m laying in my bed. I realize that the arrangement is somewhat unconventional but I am pleased with it.
My next task is to get the gallery wall completed. I have part of it done with photos in the frames. I still have to pick and print several other photos.
