Hi everyone. My name is Trena and this is my first blog post!! I’ve been thinking about doing this for a couple of years now and finally decided to get on with it. I wish I could say that I made a decision and then started typing but that is not true. There have been lots of stops and starts and just procrastination in general.
In any event, I’m hoping that this can be a place for creative exploration and just plain fun. I am a scrapbooker, card maker, diy enthusiast (beginner) and also love trying my hand at home decor. I really want to focus on living my life thoughtfully, creatively and consciously. I don’t want to have a life just “happens” and realize years later that there were things I wanted to do and experience but didn’t give those things any time or attention. Wow!! That all sounds very heavy!
I’m born and raised in San Francisco and currently live in the Bay Area. I’m a fun and social person and hope to share myself, my life and make some internet friends, too.
I have a variety of interests that I will share with you and hope that you’ll follow along with me. My initial goal is to post at least twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays. I am working on my photography skills so please bear with me as I use my iPhone and my “fancy” camera to document my cards, scrapbook pages, crafts, home decor, diy projects, etc….
My upcoming post will detail my goals and plans for my working on and maintaining my home.
